You'll partner with product, research, and marketing leaders to translate customer feedback into strategic decisions. You'll lead onboarding, analyze data, and create insight briefs that drive action. You'll help customers unlock the full value of Listen Labs and shape how they measure success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with product, research, and insights leaders.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure platform adoption.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to create insight briefs and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to champion customer perspective.

📋 Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in client-facing insights, strategy, or customer success.
• Skilled at analyzing data and telling stories that inspire action.
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas for executives and practitioners.
• Comfortable working across qualitative and quantitative inputs to uncover patterns.
