Description

You will deliver hands-on technical training to external contractors, covering service work and preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen ventilation and HVAC equipment, while improving industry proficiency through course development and remote support.

Requirements

• 3+ years HVACR experience
• Ability to read and navigate wiring schematics
• Universal EPA Certification preferred
• Willing to travel for initial training
• Public speaking and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead large groups of contractors, service managers, and field technicians through training
• Develop and improve course content and delivery
• Assess participant knowledge and adjust content start points
• Manage time effectively while balancing discussions and questions
• Maintain training equipment, software, and facility
