💼 About This Role

You'll own the product vision and strategy for Vanta's Personnel area, building the foundational infrastructure that keeps customers' people data accurate and compliant. You'll drive agentic AI workflows to proactively surface compliance risks and automate remediation. This role offers a chance to shape a strategically important product at a leading trust management platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Personnel
• Identify and execute on agentic AI opportunity
• Drive deep customer discovery across all segments
• Partner across EPD and GTM to ship iteratively

📋 Requirements

• 6–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Technical fluency with APIs, HRIS integrations, data infrastructure
• Proven AI product experience building AI-powered features
• Customer-centric discovery skills translating insights to scalable solutions
