💼 About This Role

You'll manage accounts payable and receivable activities for a growing robotics company, ensuring accurate vendor payments and customer invoicing. You'll support cash flow and vendor relationships while collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding and approvals
• Manage vendor setup and W-9 collection
• Create and issue customer invoices per contract terms
• Support month-end close for AP and collections efforts

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in AP and/or AR
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (preferred)
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles

• Familiarity with Ramp, Stripe, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
