💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily shop floor operations for high-reliability cable and harness assemblies serving space, aerospace, and defense customers. You'll drive schedule adherence, quality, and team development while enforcing IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 standards. This hands-on role removes barriers and ensures flow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own daily production performance against the master schedule
• Monitor WIP flow and eliminate bottlenecks
• Enforce IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 and Space Addendum standards
• Lead daily tier meetings focused on safety, quality, and delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 (Space Addendum preferred)
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and build documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting commercial space or launch vehicle programs
• Lean manufacturing experience
• ERP experience (Epicor preferred)
