💼 About This Role

You'll shape the Platform Engineering function at Turquoise Health from the ground up. You'll establish tooling and standards for observability, reliability, and deployment workflows that support real-world healthcare outcomes. This high-ownership role is perfect for someone energized by greenfield problems and motivated to automate before being asked.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage container environment on Amazon EKS with GitOps workflows
• Define SLIs/SLOs and lead incident response including on-call
• Design monitoring and logging stack using Datadog, Sentry, and CloudWatch
• Build internal tooling and self-service workflows for platform operations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure
• Expert in using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane
• Proficient with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines
• Experienced running Kubernetes clusters in production with GitOps workflows
