Description

You will drive product strategy for RTI's Connext platform in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry, focusing on UAS, autonomy, and maritime systems. You'll translate mission requirements into product needs, shape the roadmap with R&D, and ensure the platform solves real problems for defense programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related technical field
• 4+ years Product Management in Aerospace & Defense domains
• Strong understanding of UAS and/or Maritime systems
• Ability to connect technical features to mission outcomes
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Own A&D product direction and roadmap
• Translate customer/mission requirements into product requirements and use cases
• Conduct product discovery and validate roadmap with customers
• Identify capability gaps and prioritize A&D features
• Partner with Sales, BD, and Marketing for go-to-market and positioning
