Description

You will own Alt's growth engine: the seller submission funnel, buyer search and discovery, and experimentation infrastructure. You'll ship product changes, define experiments, and partner with Engineering and Data to turn Alt's pricing infrastructure into a compounding growth engine.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of Product Management experience with growth or marketplace funnel ownership
• Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business outcomes through product experimentation
• Strong data fluency (Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL or Python)
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Data to build growth infrastructure
• Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics
