You'll lead hospitality-focused Formula 1 partnerships, overseeing strategic direction, commercial management, and delivery excellence. You'll drive measurable brand impact and exceptional guest experiences. This senior role offers a unique blend of sports marketing and premium hospitality at a leading agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as senior client lead for major F1 hospitality partnerships.
• Develop and execute hospitality and guest experience strategies.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in client/agency/rights-holder account management in sports/events.
• Proven leadership of premium hospitality and partnership programmes in Formula 1 or international motorsport.
• Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and driving profitability.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (ideally Monday.com).

• Experience with activation programmes and creative campaigns.
• Strong network of senior client stakeholders in sports marketing.
• Familiarity with contractual rights and asset tracking.
