You will assist the head coach in developing student-athletes, creating practice and game plans, and fostering sportsmanship. This role focuses on player growth and teamwork within the school's athletic program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
• Soccer coaching experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of soccer and coaching techniques
• Knowledge of VISAA NFHS rules
• Strong communication and motivational skills
