💼 About This Role

You'll lead the frontend teams behind Proton Pass, Proton Authenticator, and SimpleLogin across Web, Android, and iOS. You'll own team growth, execution quality, and strategic influence to scale our ability to move fast. This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the Business Unit Lead.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary frontend team across three platforms.
• Plan, prioritize, and ship features by breaking down ambiguous problems.
• Invest in processes and tooling for code reviews, CI/CD, and release.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and platform teams on strategy.

📋 Requirements

• Background as a Senior/Staff Engineer or Tech Lead transitioning into EM.
• People management experience with direct reports and performance conversations.
• Product mindset focused on outcomes, not output.
• Track record of shipping software on real timelines at scale.
