You'll design and develop scalable backend services for a fast-scaling global engineering organization building infrastructure for modern international work. You'll contribute to high-scale, mission-critical HR and payroll services used across 150+ countries, working in a remote-first environment with a cross-functional team to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Build and enhance robust APIs with focus on performance, security, and scalability
• Optimize database performance, including PostgreSQL queries and data modeling
• Participate in product planning, technical discovery, and architecture discussions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Software Engineer with strong backend expertise
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL including optimization and data modeling
• Experience building scalable, high-performance distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
• Familiarity with high-throughput systems and concurrency
