Description

You will perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including sanitizing rooms upon resident discharge. You ensure all rooms are cleaned to high standards and communicate any changes in resident status to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Institutional housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to lift and transport objects up to 65 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning using standard supplies and disinfectants
• Sanitize rooms upon resident discharge for terminal clean
• Move furniture and set up rooms for meetings, banquets, classes
• Care for hard surface floors and carpet/upholstery
• Pick up and remove trash in assigned areas
