Description

You will work closely with European and Middle Eastern customers to implement and integrate BigID's data security, compliance, and AI data management platform. Your role involves planning deployments, configuring solutions, troubleshooting issues, and training clients to ensure successful adoption and ongoing value.

Requirements

• Senior level IT experience with 3+ years in customer-facing implementation
• Experience working with customers in Europe and Middle East
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and REST API

Responsibilities

• Determine technical requirements with client stakeholders
• Plan and deploy solution components and configure products
• Collaborate with internal and client teams for smooth rollout
• Deliver training on relevant technologies
• Document product issues and enhancement requests with Engineering
