Description

Assist in the preparation and serving of quality food to residents, guests, and employees under sanitary conditions. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years food service experience in Long Term Care preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up menu items according to standards
• Serve hot and cold food items accurately on tray line
• Restock cafeteria with food and supplies
• Clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen facilities
• Maintain resident rights and confidentiality
