You'll drive and maintain ICT risk management methodologies for Raisin, a leading FinTech platform. You'll coordinate risk identification and mitigation across departments and advise management. This role offers the chance to shape 1st line of defense processes in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain methodology for ICT risk processes
• Coordinate ICT risk management across the organization
• Support identification, analysis, and mitigation of ICT risks
• Prepare management reports on ICT risk profile

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in information security or ICT risk management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, GDPR)
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry

✨ Nice to Have

• CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification
• Familiarity with AI solutions and LLM models
• Experience with Service Now, Jira, Confluence
