💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy and execution of materials operations as we scale Terran R into full-rate production, owning the full lifecycle of material flow from planning to inventory and logistics. Your work will directly enable consistent build velocity across the factory and test environments. This role offers the chance to build scalable systems and infrastructure from the ground up in a fast-growing aerospace startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics functions
• Design and optimize factory layout for material flow
• Build and lead a high-performing, scalable organization
• Establish and drive key operational performance metrics
• Partner cross-functionally to align material readiness with production goals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in operations, materials, or supply chain in high-mix manufacturing
• 6+ years leading and developing teams in a production setting
• Proven experience designing and implementing warehousing systems, processes, and layouts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) of complex hardware into manufacturing
• Background in aerospace or similarly demanding industries
