As CTO, you'll architect the autonomous future of the AIM Platform, a physical AI system automating earthmoving across mining and construction. Your impact will scale from deployed production systems to planetary-scale terraforming, leading a multidisciplinary elite engineering team through hypergrowth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the technical lifecycle of hardware+software+AI platform deployment.
• Drive global scaling and customer-centric architecture for autonomous ecosystems.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering team and define product roadmap.
• Manage data flywheel and safe product rollouts in unstructured environments.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years leadership experience (CTO/Head of Eng) in Autonomous Vehicles or Deep Tech.
• Expert in AI/ML stacks, robotics software, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Proven record of building and scaling engineering orgs during hypergrowth.
• Based in or relocating to Greater Seattle Area.
