This night-shift role offers a 10% pay differential and the chance to work on the first global cellular broadband network in space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily environmental test operations including thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, and acoustic testing.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule work to meet program milestones and delivery deadlines.
• Author and maintain environmental test procedures, SOPs, and quality documentation.
• Troubleshoot test anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of environmental testing experience in aerospace, defense, or electronics.
• 1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience as a Lead Technician or Supervisor.
• Experience with root cause analysis and non-conformance reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• 3–5+ years of environmental testing experience in high-reliability industries.
• 1–3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Familiarity with test data systems and quality management tools.
