You'll partner with portfolio companies in the West region to align HR with business goals in a private equity-backed environment. You'll lead talent management, employee relations, and culture initiatives while driving organizational design and change management. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as HRBP for portfolio companies in the West region
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and development strategies
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and compliance
• Drive performance management and culture initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience
• Strong background in private equity or M&A environments
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws in Western states
• Ability to travel frequently within the region

• Experience in accounting or professional services
• Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
