Description

You will lead and build a team of pure hunters, driving net new business across Southeast Asia and Greater China. You'll partner with senior leadership to refine GTM strategy, develop direct reports, and ensure consistent over-achievement of goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building and closing
  • Consistently deliver against targets
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales tools
  • Experience managing a distributed team of quota-carrying Account Executives
  • Fluent English; experience managing teams across Southeast Asia, South Asia, GCR an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist the hunter team in identifying and prioritising prospective accounts
  • Establish consistent sales metrics, forecast hygiene, and practices
  • Conduct performance management reviews to ensure direct report development
  • Provide weekly and quarterly reporting on opportunity statistics and pipeline advancement
  • Partner with senior management, marketing, and other groups to iterate on GTM strategy
