Description
You will lead and build a team of pure hunters, driving net new business across Southeast Asia and Greater China. You'll partner with senior leadership to refine GTM strategy, develop direct reports, and ensure consistent over-achievement of goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building and closing
- Consistently deliver against targets
- Experience with Salesforce and sales tools
- Experience managing a distributed team of quota-carrying Account Executives
- Fluent English; experience managing teams across Southeast Asia, South Asia, GCR an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist the hunter team in identifying and prioritising prospective accounts
- Establish consistent sales metrics, forecast hygiene, and practices
- Conduct performance management reviews to ensure direct report development
- Provide weekly and quarterly reporting on opportunity statistics and pipeline advancement
- Partner with senior management, marketing, and other groups to iterate on GTM strategy
