You'll own the strategy and execution for key ISV/platform partnerships, driving joint go-to-market motions and certified integrations. Your core impact will turn ecosystem presence into tangible pipeline and revenue for CaptivateIQ. This is a foundational role focused on expanding TAM through platform integrations and making technology partners a repeatable source of sourced and influenced opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own strategy and roadmap for Workday and NetSuite technology partnerships.
  • Define partner tiers, focus areas, and success metrics.
  • Build multi-year joint business plans aligned with product, sales, and marketing.
  • Design and execute joint GTM motions with partner field teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in alliances or business development within B2B SaaS.
  • Direct experience with Workday and/or NetSuite alliances or sales.
  • Existing relationships within Workday and/or NetSuite alliances organizations.
  • Proven ability to build from 0→1 in ambiguous environments.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM and reporting tools like Salesforce.
  • Track record of driving sourced/influenced ARR through partner motions.
