You'll oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Deel's US internal employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence. This role is critical for maintaining high team member engagement and satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and process US payroll for multiple entities
• Establish and maintain payroll records
• Verify payroll records for SOC and SOX compliance
• Prepare payroll-related management reports for accounting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience calculating and processing US payroll
• Experience processing payroll for multiple entities
• Experience processing payroll for multiple states including locals
• Working knowledge of accounting principles

✨ Nice to Have

• Canadian and/or LATAM payroll experience
• CPP/FPC certification
• Experience with Workday, Deel, SAP, or ADP
