💼 About This Role

You'll lead the plant operations team to purchase materials, build products, and ship finished goods for customers across the US, Australia, and Europe. Your work will directly enable the deployment of wildfire detection technology that helps protect communities from devastating fires. This role offers the chance to build scalable processes in a fast-paced climate tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own plant operations and team across North America, Australia, and Europe
• Drive material acquisition and product building for installations and maintenance
• Partner with supply chain, commercial, and project management teams
• Develop strategies and metrics for plant operations health

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading a plant functional organization
• Experience leading a warehouse or quality team
• Strong knowledge in at least two of materials, manufacturing, or quality management
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology
