As a Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve complex customer issues related to hardware and software within the IoT platform, collaborate with engineering teams, and improve self-service documentation. You'll directly impact the safety and efficiency of industries like agriculture and transportation.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3–5 years of technical support or engineering experience
- 1–2 years troubleshooting mobile applications
Responsibilities
- Become expert in IoT solutions combining hardware, software, and cloud
- Troubleshoot medium to high complexity customer issues
- Respond to customers and meet SLA goals
- Author customer-facing knowledge base articles
- Partner with Engineering to reproduce bugs and build testbeds
