As a Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve complex customer issues related to hardware and software within the IoT platform, collaborate with engineering teams, and improve self-service documentation. You'll directly impact the safety and efficiency of industries like agriculture and transportation.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 3–5 years of technical support or engineering experience
  • 1–2 years troubleshooting mobile applications

Responsibilities

  • Become expert in IoT solutions combining hardware, software, and cloud
  • Troubleshoot medium to high complexity customer issues
  • Respond to customers and meet SLA goals
  • Author customer-facing knowledge base articles
  • Partner with Engineering to reproduce bugs and build testbeds
