Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Expert-level Python proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system performance evaluation
• Proficient with Git and version control
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design AV performance analysis pipelines to extract events and evaluate metrics
• Develop Python-based frameworks and AI-powered tools for metrics aggregation and visualization
• Collaborate with systems, software, and validation teams to improve autonomy perception and planning
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes
• Document metrics and analysis tools, sharing best practices
