You'll join a small dynamic team at Thinkific, collaborating across engineering to solve data problems from pipelines to customer-facing products. Your work on data products and infrastructure will directly impact internal decision-making and customer success. You'll take ownership of undefined problems and ship solutions across the full stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of undefined problems and ship solutions across pipelines and dashboards
• Ship customer-facing analytics dashboards and production code
• Work directly with engineering teams to implement tracking services
• Interface with teams across the company to translate fuzzy requirements into deliverables

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience across data engineering, full-stack, or analytics
• Solid data engineering experience building pipelines and working with warehouses
• Full-stack development experience shipping production code users interact with
• Hands-on experience with dbt and BigQuery or similar stacks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM/agent development or AI-powered data products
• Experience with GCP and Terraform
• Experience in startup-style environments or autonomous teams
