💼 About This Role

You'll own infrastructure demand plans for charging, parking, and service depots at Waymo using data-driven modeling and simulation. You will drive continuous improvement through variance analysis and publish quality demand plans for each market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own infrastructure demand plans for charging, parking, and service depots.
• Build data-driven demand models using simulation and optimization tools.
• Develop buffer strategies for different infrastructure types.
• Publish and maintain quality demand plans for each market.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in capacity planning, forecasting, or quantitative modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, Finance, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL (BigQuery), Python, and Google OR (CP-SAT solver)
• Experience deriving business recommendations through modeling and quantitative analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with fleet infrastructure assets: charging, parking, tech ops
• Experience with geospatial data or spatial indexing
• Experience applying linear programming for capacity planning
