💼 About This Role

You'll perform paintless dent repair on vehicle panels using glue-pulling techniques in a high-tech Inspection Center. Your work ensures cars meet Carvana's first-rate condition standards before reaching customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Access vehicle panels for dent repair
• Use glue-pulling techniques on steel and aluminum panels
• Repair smaller-sized dents to restore vehicle appearance
• Inspect and perfect vehicle surfaces in production environment

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Proficiency in glue-pulling and access panel techniques

• ASE certifications
• Previous work in high-volume reconditioning center
