🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid channels
• Drive enterprise lead generation focused on pipeline quality and conversion
• Design, test, and iterate growth hypotheses with data-driven decisions
• Build automated marketing workflows using AI tools and APIs

📋 Requirements

• Full ownership of performance/growth marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Proven ability to generate and optimize B2B or enterprise leads for pipeline quality
• Experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or agent-based workflows
