Description
You will lead direct sales execution for Altium Develop.X, driving user adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in China. You'll develop and execute GTM strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
- 10+ years in SaaS GTM, sales leadership, or business development
- Proven track record in scaling adoption and revenue in China
- Expertise in SaaS sales models, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics tools
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Results-driven, strategic thinker with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Preferably experience in industrial software companies
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales team performance, setting KPIs for user adoption, customer acquisition, and renewal targets
- Optimize sales processes and tools (e.g., CRM) to drive efficiency and pipeline conversion
- Execute GTM strategy for SaaS products in China, including market positioning and pricing strategies
- Analyze local market trends and competitor strategies to refine GTM tactics
- Collaborate with marketing to develop localized campaigns and lead-generation programs
- Coordinate with customer success and product teams to relay customer feedback
- Ensure all GTM and sales activities comply with local regulations and global standards
