💼 About This Role

You'll join our Growth team to build and maintain marketing technology systems powering acquisition and retention. You'll own ad tracking SDKs, MMPs, and CRM integrations while shipping full-stack features and experiments. This role combines marketing technology ownership with full-stack growth product development in a fast-growing startup acquired by Strava.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own implementation of ad tracking SDKs and MMPs
• Build and maintain tracking and tag manager setups
• Design and ship full-stack growth features
• Integrate CRM and lifecycle tooling like Iterable

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frontend framework skills
• Hands-on experience with marketing technology tools
• Experience working with event tracking and data quality

✨ Nice to Have

• Mobile growth and attribution experience
• Product-led or consumer subscription business background
• AWS or major cloud provider familiarity
