You'll join Tulip, the leader in AI-native frontline operations, as an Sales Development Representative. You'll research and engage prospects to qualify leads and drive outbound sales efforts. This role offers direct impact on product and culture in a hybrid environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Engage prospects to qualify needs and determine fit for Tulip's platform.
- Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to align strategies and hand off leads.
- Accurately track and manage interactions and leads in Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
π Requirements
- 0β2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive confidence.
- Results-oriented with ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and coachable with ability to work closely with Account Executives.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
