💼 About This Role

You'll join the Neutron Avionics Hardware team to develop next-generation launch vehicle technology, taking ownership of mission-critical avionics components from concept through production. Your work will directly enable the first flights of the Neutron rocket.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and lead avionics components and subsystems from concept to production
• Execute full lifecycle development including schematic capture, PCB layout, and testing
• Design digital, power, and analog sensing circuits for harsh aerospace environments
• Develop automation software in Python and C/C++ for test equipment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 1+ years of experience with electronics hardware development from concept through production
• Strong understanding of instrumentation and sensors including power supplies and serial devices
• Hands-on proficiency with lab test equipment like oscilloscopes and power supplies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with environmental testing including vibration and thermal
• Proficiency in Altium Designer
• Programming experience with Python, C, and C++
