  • Respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and email
  • Assist users with billing, technical issues, and platform navigation
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases when needed
  • Review creator applications for accuracy and compliance

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with computers and web tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making
  • High attention to detail for identifying issues
