Requirements

• 3+ years in creative production or AI-focused role with commercial AI-generated content.
• Proficient in Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, ComfyUI, and model training for product imagery.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to align AI outputs to brand styles.
• Record of experimentation and successful integration of AI solutions in campaigns.
• Exceptional communication skills for leading discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Employ AI models (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL·E) to create high-fidelity visuals and short-form video.
• Fine-tune and train models for specialized product imagery with brand consistency.
• Collaborate with motion graphics, video editors, and designers to integrate AI assets into campaigns.
• Develop and refine AI-driven workflows and prompt engineering techniques.
• Mentor junior team members in AI tools and best practices.
