You'll support key people operations with a focus on onboarding and recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and new hires to ensure a smooth employee experience. You'll execute recruiting activities from job posting to new-hire integration, contributing to long-term employee success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with job postings and candidate communication
• Schedule interviews and manage ATS administration
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and new-hire documentation
• Support onboarding journey including system access and orientation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in HR coordination or recruiting support preferred
• Working knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience with employee referral programs
• Knowledge of compliance and recordkeeping
