You'll own end-to-end delivery of large-scale OSP fiber construction projects, ensuring alignment across schedule, budget, and quality. You will manage vendor selection, permitting, and field coordination to deliver high-quality fiber deployments. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on field engagement, operating in a fast-paced telecom environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full project lifecycle for OSP fiber construction projects
• Lead vendor selection, RFP execution, and contractor performance management
• Oversee permitting activities across local, state, and federal agencies
• Coordinate field execution including site walks and construction verification

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management or OSP construction delivery
• Expertise in fiber deployment including permitting, vendor coordination, and budget control
• Strong understanding of scheduling tools and cost tracking in infrastructure environments
• Experience leading vendor negotiations and RFP processes

• Familiarity with GIS/mapping tools or network documentation systems
