💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse assistants, and ensure operational targets are met. You will manage inventory accuracy and drive continuous improvement in outbound fulfillment. This role offers leadership exposure in a growing logistics team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and enforce SOPs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and FIFO/FEFO.
• Lead and train warehouse assistants, monitor performance.
• Coordinate outbound shipment processes and report issues.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• At least 1–2 years as a supervisor or team lead.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Experience managing a small to mid-sized warehouse team.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
