🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive customer-focused triage and experience, including rounds and team support
• Maintain hospital areas, stock, inventory, and reception desk
• Handle phone inquiries, greet customers, manage wait times
• Train and monitor new hires on front desk processes and operations

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours, kneel, and work on the floor
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis

• Prior experience with animals in a veterinary environment
