Description

You will manage critical customer-facing programs, bridging business requirements and engineering to ensure successful delivery of key account deliverables. You'll develop deep product expertise, remove roadblocks, and communicate proactively with stakeholders across geographies.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience
• At least 5 years hands-on experience with developing, testing, and releasing scalable software
• At least 4 years in customer-facing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage critical customer-facing programs and ensure success of key account deliverables
• Bridge business requirements with engineering, identify architectural solutions
• Develop deep understanding of Netradyne product and architecture, serve as SME
• Communicate extensively with key customer account stakeholders and internal teams
• Identify and proactively remove roadblocks to customer success
