🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and proactively address delivery risks
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a groomed backlog
• Promote transparency through velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint health

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environments
• Worked in regulated industries like medical devices or healthcare
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and standards such as IEC 62304, ISO 13485

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in medical imaging, diagnostics, or digital health platforms
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR)
• Prior experience with globally distributed teams
