🎯 What You'll Do

• Map and document core Fleet Ops workflows using BPMN
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency and quality
• Define SLAs, SOPs, and escalation procedures
• Track process performance using KPIs and dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in process improvement or operations design in high-complexity environments
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement experience
• Deep experience with workflow mapping (BPMN) and process standardization
• Skilled in SQL and data analysis for dashboard building

• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or field operations
• Exposure to process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining)
• Team management or mentoring experience
