You'll partner with engineering leadership to plan and deliver cross-functional platform programs that scale systems and services. Your core impact will be driving roadmaps and managing dependencies across a distributed engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to shape engineering excellence during a key growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering managers to plan platform expansion roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for complex cross-functional programs.
• Build and maintain program plans, RAID logs, and executive-ready materials.
• Identify and resolve cross-organizational dependencies and blockers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of cross-functional technical project management experience.
• 3+ years managing agile/scrum framework for 50+ person engineering org.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end architecture and software engineering lifecycle.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure delivery and associated metrics.
