Description

As a Customer Success Specialist at Orca Security, you will manage customer accounts, drive renewals, and maximize upsell opportunities. You'll build strong relationships, monitor platform adoption, and help customers achieve their security goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in customer success, account management, or related role
• Must have renewal experience
• Must have worked in night shift
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to monitor progress and identify growth opportunities

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Manage contract renewals, ensuring timely communication and smooth process
• Monitor customer progress and platform adoption, identifying support or training needs
• Collaborate with sales to identify upsell opportunities and drive incremental revenue
• Act as trusted advisor, helping customers achieve security goals and maximize platform value
