You'll produce high-quality, production-ready code and collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to deliver the best product. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product development for client and advisor initiatives
• Produce high-quality, production-ready, maintainable code
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and business partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and scaling web applications in production
• Full-stack proficiency including Rails, NextJS/React, and SQL databases
• System design expertise for scalable applications (auth, caching, background processing, GraphQL)

✨ Nice to Have

• Fintech domain knowledge in wealth management or financial services
• Modern development ecosystem experience with CI/CD and observability platforms
