You'll join EquipmentShare's mission to transform the construction industry by repairing and maintaining heavy equipment. You'll work on the newest fleet in the industry with real-time diagnostics and OEM training. This role offers year-round company-provided training and a people-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Assist in training lower-level technicians
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced schematics understanding
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass drug screen

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
