Description

As the Engagement Lead/Technical Program Manager, you will orchestrate client transformation engagements across multiple workstreams, owning program governance, execution discipline, cross-pod coordination, financial management, and stakeholder alignment to ensure delivery integrity and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years in program leadership, technical program management, or large-scale transformation roles.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-workstream enterprise programs.
• Experience in regulated or trust-sensitive industries (financial services, fintech, wealth management, or similar).
• Proven ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Technical fluency to coordinate with engineering and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated transformation program across portal migration, CRM implementation, data insights, and enterprise integration.
• Design and operate client governance model, facilitate executive steering committees, and maintain transparent program reporting.
• Oversee multiple agile product pods ensuring backlog alignment to strategic outcomes and quarterly priorities.
• Own program financial tracking, forecast capacity needs, manage commercial adherence, and protect margin.
• Maintain integrated risk register, ensure compliance activities are tracked, and drive structured change management.
