You'll serve as a subject matter expert in life underwriting, assessing medical and financial risks for complex cases. Your decisions will directly impact underwriting processes as you collaborate with distribution teams and internal stakeholders. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and assess medical and financial risk for complex underwriting cases.
• Communicate underwriting decisions with agents and distribution partners.
• Provide technical support and informal leadership to the underwriting team.
• Mentor and coach other underwriters as needed.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Life Insurance Underwriting
• Four-year degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
