💼 About This Role

You'll grow and support World Relief's Health and Nutrition portfolio through business development, program technical assistance, and strategy. Your work will directly impact vulnerable communities in humanitarian crises around the world. This role offers the opportunity to shape global health programs while working remotely.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead business development for health and nutrition proposals.
• Provide technical assistance to country offices on program quality.
• Develop programming guidance and tools for staff capacity building.
• Engage externally with partners, donors, and professional networks.

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in health and nutrition programming in humanitarian crises.
• Experience with US government foreign assistance policies (BHA, DoS, etc.).
• Proven track record in program design and successful grant awards.
• Strong monitoring and evaluation skills using quantitative and qualitative methods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Public Health or related field.
• Experience in fragile or conflict-affected areas.
• Proficiency in French, Kiswahili, or Arabic.
